The dirt path behind them led to an old, leaning <strong>clothesline</strong> still in service for someone. That scene conjured up memories for me of a gentler time, a time before electric dryers, when all clothes were hung in the warm sunshine to dry. I couldn&#8217;t resist adding <strong>roses</strong> and a tattered red curtain as a compliment to the warm and cool shades of green.</p>
