A Farmhouse I Saw in Virginia was one of 100 paintings chosen from a field of thousands of excellent entries for North Light’s latest Splash: The Best of Watercolor book series. The new book, Splash 12: Celebrating Artistic Vision, is tentatively scheduled for publication May of 2011.
This Way to the Vineyard chosen by the Jury of Awards for inclusion in the American Watercolor Society’s 143rd International Traveling Exhibition. The show will go on a circuit of museums and galleries around the country in the year ahead. A schedule of the tour may be found on the AWS website.

Pacific View and Blackberries Too was chosen to receive a Merit Award in the Watercolor Art Society-Houston 33rd International Exhibition by juror, Frank Webb.
WAS-H 33rd International Exhibition 2010: My painting Pacific View and Blackberries Too was selected by juror, Frank Webb to be included in the International Show March 6-April 9th, 2010. This annual show features artists from around the globe and is held at the WAS-H Gallery in Houston, Texas.
American Watercolor Society’s 143rd International Exhibition: My painting This Way to the Vineyard was selected to be included in the International Show and will hang from April 6-May 2nd, 2010. The show features watercolors from artists throughout the world and is held at the Salmagundi Club in New York City each year.
Best of America Artists Watermedia Book: Three of my watercolor paintings were chosen by Kennedy Publishing to appear in their new Best of America Artists Watermedia Book. The book will be available and may be purchased early in 2010. A link for it will be posted here once it becomes available.
Peaceful in Pennsylvania was chosen to receive the Blick Award in the Texas Watercolor Society 61st Exhibition 2010 by juror, Janet Walsh.
Texas Watercolor Society 61st Exhibition: My painting Peaceful in Pennsylvania was selected by juror, Janet Walsh to be included in the show April 1-May 8th, 2010 at the Rockport Center for the Arts in Rockport, Texas. The painting was presented the Blick Award for excellence.
Main Street Gallery Four Seasons Exhibition: My painting Hanging Out in Illinois was selected to be included in Main Street Gallery’s Four Seasons Exhibition Jan 7-Feb 15th, 2010 in downtown Tyler, Texas.
Southwestern Watercolor Society 46th Annual Exhibition: My painting Pacific View and Blackberries Too was selected by juror, Cheng-Khee Chee to be included in the annual membership show Sept 9-Oct 10th, 2009 at the Art Center of Plano in Plano, Texas.
